Paul ("Kit") Arbo, CLU, ChFC
Kit, founder and President, has over 40 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance and estate/financial planning. He holds designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Chartered Financial Consultant. Kit is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Michele L. Baker
Michele, Vice President, has been with the firm for 30 years. Michele is responsible for servicing the firm’s Health and Welfare national accounts and specializes in consumer directed health plans along with small and mid-market employee benefit programs.
Kathleen M. Karns
Katie, Senior Account Manager, has been with the company for 20 years. She is responsible for managing the implementation, administration and renewal of client employee benefit plans as well as the management of vendors to ensure quality of service and accuracy of contracts.
